Alfredo Santos is a leader in the Brazilian IAM community, a professor on the subject at FIA, an author of IAM/IAG books, and the head of the IAM Tech Day event. He has 25 years of experience in IAM, having worked at major companies and projects, some of them globally. He currently leads global IAM projects that impact groups of companies in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

With over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, he has developed essential skills in leadership, information and cyber risk management, compliance, cyber crises, auditing, policies, standards, awareness, training, architecture, governance, and identity and access management, as well as regulatory management of information security in business.

Ricardo Leocádio works as Cybersecurity and Information Manager at Banco Mercantil, where he has extensive experience in various areas, including forensics, identity management, infrastructure security, cloud security, financial transaction security, digital certificates, systems architecture, MFA, compliance with COBIT and Cis Control frameworks, secure communication between heterogeneous systems, mobile devices with a primary focus on combating Cybercrime, digital threat analysis, and secure systems architecture.
