He has over 16 years of experience in Information Security and related Technology areas, having worked across diverse sectors and major organizations, including the Brazilian Army, TIM Brasil, Aché Labs, Carrefour, and Grupo Pão de Açúcar.
Currently serving as Director of Information Security and Technology, he focuses on business strategy and leadership. His interests span entrepreneurship, risk management, and business innovation.

Amanda Pinto
Founder and principal leader of the largest DevOps & DevSecOps ecosystem in Brazil, offering a full range of training programs, mentorships, and bootcamps across various technology domains.
DevOps and DevSecOps specialist with 23 years of experience in IT, covering management, software development, infrastructure, and security. As a strong advocate for tech communities, I lead initiatives to promote and educate on technology throughout Brazil.
I am also a university professor at PUC Minas BH, where I teach Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and lead courses on Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).

Throughout his career, he has combined technical expertise with strategic vision. Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge, he is a professor at FIA and also creates practical content on IAM, helping professionals turn daily challenges into results.

Donner Marcos
29-year career in Technology, with 22 of those focused on Information Security and Cybersecurity in the financial and card services sector. Specialist in cybersecurity management and architecture, networks, IAM, SOC, endpoint security, financial regulation, digital product security, business continuity, and certifications such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in IT Governance and Strategy, and multiple certifications in the field. Has worked at companies like Banco Matone and Sicredi, and since 2017, serves as Head of Cyber Security at Agibank.


Fabio Sobiecki
Fabio Sobiecki is a prominent Identity Strategist and client expansion leader for North America, recognized for his extensive experience and innovative leadership in the field of Identity Governance. He holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV EAESP, complemented by a specialization in security from Senac Colleges. Additionally, Fabio holds a degree in Data Processing Technology from Unopar.
Throughout his remarkable 28-year career in the Information Technology sector, Fabio has spent the last 20 years specializing in defensive cybersecurity, playing strategic roles in numerous projects across the Latin American, European, and North American markets. His leadership and expertise in the field are widely recognized, having served for four years as president of the São Paulo Chapter of (ISC)², a global leader in cybersecurity.

Ineida Moura
With over 20 years of experience in the IT field — 13 of them as Information Security Manager at Banco Itaú — her career has been shaped by roles in Technology and Systems Auditing, Information Security, and Project Management. She holds a degree in Scientific Computing from Unitau, a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications from Inatel, and a specialization in Business Administration from FGV.
She currently leads the evolution of Access Digital Products within the Security Community and is passionate about understanding and solving customer problems, aligning perfectly with product development.
She considers herself disciplined and resilient. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and deeply values the time spent with her family.

Leandro Leme
Cybersecurity leader with 13 years of experience and a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). He has led large-scale global projects at companies such as Natura &Co, Lojas Renner, Itaú Unibanco, and UHG Brasil/AMIL, spearheading the implementation of IDM, PAM, MFA, and SSO tools, as well as driving the automation of critical processes and strengthening security structures.
Holding certifications such as CIAM and CAMS, Leandro brings deep knowledge and hands-on experience in protecting data across complex cloud environments.

Márcia Tosta is a Brazilian executive with over 20 years of experience in Information Security, having served as CISO at Sadia, BRF, Grupo Boticário, and Petrobras. Recognized as “Security Leader 2021 – Public Sector” and named among the “Top Women in Cybersecurity – Latin America” in both 2020 and 2022, she stands out for integrating cybersecurity into business strategy and playing an active role in risk management and decision-making processes.

Ricardo Leocádio serves as Cybersecurity and Information Security Manager at Banco Mercantil, bringing extensive experience across multiple domains of the field. Information Security executive, mentoring leader at Womcy, and a recognized authority in identity and access, Thaís holds a postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity from MIT. With over 17 years of experience across Telecom, IT, and CyberSec, her career spans operations and the development of areas such as Threat Intelligence, SOC, and Access Management in both large enterprises and startups.
